Welcome to Scali's World

Welcome to Scali’s World.  I hope you find the site as enjoyable to use as I have found to make it. Website development has really come a long from the early days of having to code each element to the modern drag and drop universe of Squarespace.  That being said, there are a few things I want to relate to you here.

            First, this site is meant to be as functional as it is fun.  So it is my hope to have several elements added to the site.  I want to setup a forum where people can come and leave a comment to discuss any issues that they like.  Now I am not looking to start a fight with folks, I just thought that a place where people could honestly chat and stream ideas with one another would be kind of cool.  That being said, and even though there will be a login required for the forums, there will be no moderators at first, so it will be a little like the wild west in there.  If you have any serious issues email me and I will try to address them in a timely manner. So try not to pick any fights you are not willing to entertain.

            Second, this site is my little piece of the net, so I will have some photos and other things added in as well and from time to time things may not work. Email me about them and I try to post an update to inform everyone when that section is back up.

            Third, and finally, I am not a professional web designer.  So any suggestions or help will be greatly welcomed and I look forward to making a better website as time passes.

            That being said we are still, obviously under construction.  It is my hope to have something useable up by June 1 2011.  So, welcome to the site and I look forward to seeing you around the net.
